Victoria's Secret & Co. (NYSE:VSCO) has strong leadership momentum, innovation, a healthy full-price mix, and traffic-driving opportunities heading into the second half of the year, according to analysts at Jeffries.
In a note to clients on Thursday, the analysts raised their target price on Victoria's Secret by 15% to $35 per share while maintaining their ‘Buy’ rating.
Jeffries analysts wrote that they were “encouraged” by the company’s strategic direction and product assortment after attending Victoria’s Secret’s 2025 Fashion Show.
The Fashion Show received 10 million YouTube streams.
They also see potential market share gains across the company’s core intimates, swim, sport, beauty, and PINK brands, supported by strong marketing efforts, improving traffic trends, and enhanced profitability from additional product sales.
The analysts see Victoria's Secret as being well positioned for recovery because of sourcing shifts and continued execution despite tariff challenges.
Victoria's Secret shares rose 1.6% to $30.85 in late-morning trading on Thursday.
