OKYO Pharma reports company stock purchase by executive chair

OKYO Pharma Ltd (NASDAQ:OKYO) said it has been informed that Panetta Partners Limited, an entity in which the company’s executive chairman Gabriele Cerrone has a beneficial interest, has acquired 210,000 of OKYO Pharma’s ordinary shares on the Nasdaq, bringing his total holding to 10,382,677 shares.
