Far East Gold Ltd (ASX:FEG) CEO Shane Menere talked with Proactive about the company’s upcoming drilling campaign at the Mount Clark West copper-gold project in Queensland.
Menere confirmed that Far East Gold has signed a Conduct and Compensation Agreement (CCA) with local property owners, enabling the company to commence a new phase of drilling at the site. He described this milestone as pivotal, opening up areas previously inaccessible due to land access constraints.
He outlined that drilling is scheduled to begin in early November 2025 and will consist of a minimum of three holes, each 600 metres deep, combining both reverse circulation and diamond drilling techniques. “We feel that 600 metre holes are going to certainly prove mineralisation or not,” said Menere.
