Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF) has launched its AI Matchmaking and AI Event Assistant solutions for events worldwide, expanding its suite of intelligent tools designed to enhance networking, engagement, and operational efficiency at conferences, expos, and trade shows.
The Toronto-based company said the technologies integrate into Nextech3D.ai’s existing event platforms, Map D and Eventdex, which together power thousands of events each year through services such as floor plan management, exhibitor coordination, registration, ticketing, and augmented reality navigation.
The new AI Matchmaking Platform, part of Eventdex, uses machine learning to match attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors based on shared interests and goals, aiming to improve lead generation and return on investment for participants.
Additionally, the company has introduced the Eventdex AI Event Assistant, a real-time voice and chat system designed to act as a digital concierge.
The assistant provides 24/7 support with context-aware and multilingual responses to queries such as session schedules, booth locations, and speaker information. It also offers role-based intelligence, adapting responses to attendees, organizers, sponsors, and exhibitors.
According to Nextech3D.ai, the assistant’s integration within the Eventdex ecosystem eliminates the need for additional third-party setup or training, while providing organizers with access to real-time metrics such as check-ins, session attendance, and booth traffic.
Both products form part of Nextech3D.ai’s broader AI Event Suite, which also includes ticketing, registration, 3D mapping, and blockchain-based ticketing tools.
The company said the expanded platform supports in-person, virtual, and hybrid events globally, with the goal of improving engagement, lead generation, and profitability through automation and personalization.
