Charbone Hydrogen Corporation (TSX-V:CH, OTCQB:CHHYF) announced that it has signed a five-year supply agreement with an Ontario-based independent distributor for regular deliveries of clean Ultra High Purity (UHP) hydrogen, marking a key milestone in the company’s commercial expansion.
Under the agreement, Charbone will begin supplying clean UHP hydrogen in November 2025.
Deliveries will be made using a newly commissioned Type 1 hydrogen tube trailer certified by Transport Canada and the Technical Standards and Safety Authority for operation in Ontario.
Over the past eight months, Charbone’s wholly owned transportation subsidiary, Charbone Systems, completed all necessary engineering, regulatory, and safety processes to operate under Canada’s strict standards for clean UHP hydrogen handling.
The company said this achievement underscores its “Safety First” commitment and operational excellence in its logistics chain, while paving the way for reliable commercial deliveries under the new agreement.
The contract represents Charbone’s first commercial entry into the Ontario market, expanding its footprint in Eastern Canada, it added.
