Mast Energy Developments PLC (LSE:MAST) shares moved higher after the small-cap flexible power generator reported a surge in output and revenue from its 100%-owned Pyebridge asset.
The plant generated around 2.5 GWh of electricity in Q3 2025, including a record 1 GWh in September alone. Revenue for the first nine months of 2025 reached approximately £1.1 million, representing a 300% increase year-on-year.
It highlighted that the gains followed a refurbishment programme and were supported by growing demand from intermittent renewable energy sources.
"The time and capital investment into the refurbishment program are clearly yielding results, with both operational and financial performance showing strong momentum," said Tanya Zwemstra, head of finance.
In London, Mast shares were up 8.6% changing hands at 11.95p.
