Green Critical Minerals Ltd (ASX:GCM) will seek shareholder approval at its Annual General Meeting on November 25, 2025 to change its name to GCM Corporation Limited, with the Australian Securities Exchange ticker to remain unchanged. The move is aimed at aligning the company’s downstream push into manufacturing Very High Density (VHD) graphite products, capturing global opportunities for the technology, and supporting a planned United States listing to access the US technology and industrial electronics ecosystem and deeper capital markets.
“The growth and success of our VHD Technology over the past 12 months has been exceptional and we are now entering a phase where we are turning VHD validation into market value. Importantly, we have developed a unique and advanced product that provides superior thermal performance compared to conventional materials of aluminium and copper, which can be produced efficiently and bespoke for each customer and at competitive costs,” MGC managing director Clinton Booth said.
GCM said the proposed rebrand signals its ambition to become a global provider of advanced, high-performance thermal management solutions, with target markets spanning artificial intelligence, supercomputing, electrification and advanced manufacturing. The company added that it is progressing from validation to revenue, with a focus on executing its growth plan, finalising sales agreements and establishing revenue streams across key international markets.
