The Small Cap Wrap: ASX 200 slips and Small Ordinaries also lower

The S&P/ASX 200 (ASX 200) fell on Monday, down 75.50 points or 0.84% to close at 8,882.80. Treasury Wine Estates Limited and HUB24 Limited were the day’s weakest large caps, declining 14.11% and 5.54% respectively. The benchmark has shed 1.16% over the past five days and remains 1.90% below its 52-week peak.

The S&P/ASX Small Ordinaries (XSO) also eased, finishing at 3,811.40, down 30.80 points or 0.80% today. The XSO is 39.60 points lower over the past five days, a drop of 1.03%.
