Small Cap Watch: Exploration, breakthroughs and board moves drive the news flow

It’s a subdued start to the week for equities, with futures pointing lower after Wall Street’s worst session since April amid renewed US–China tariff tensions. Still, small caps are seeing steady news flow, with today’s announcements spanning exploration results, metallurgical progress and a few key leadership changes.

Antipa Minerals confirms strong gold-copper hits at Minyari Dome

Antipa Minerals Ltd (ASX:AZY) has reported high-grade intersections from its Minella prospect within the Minyari Dome, including 23 metres at 2.4 g/t gold and 0.65% copper from 200 metres.

The results reinforce the resource growth potential close to proposed development areas, with further drilling ongoing at GEO-01 Central and Minyari South. Phase 2 drilling across the Reaper–Poblano–Serrano trend is also advancing as pre-feasibility workstreams continue.

American Rare Earths achieves processing breakthrough

American Rare Earths Ltd (ASX:ARR, OTCQB:ARRNF) has completed impurity-removal testing on ore from its Halleck Creek project, achieving near-complete removal of iron, titanium and other contaminants using magnesium oxide as the neutralising agent. The results minimise problematic gypsum and silica formation, historically a major challenge for allanite ores, and mark a key step towards a more efficient hydrometallurgical flow sheet ahead of pre-feasibility work.

Pantoro drills high-grade gold at Norseman

Pantoro Gold Ltd (ASX:PNR, OTC:PNTOD) has struck multiple high-grade zones in initial underground drilling from the Bullen Decline at its Norseman Gold Project in WA, with intersections including 0.68 metres at 137.19 g/t gold and 0.83 metres at 31.24 g/t. The campaign continues to test several known lodes as the company advances rehabilitation and development across the Mainfield area.

Resource Minerals confirms high-grade mineralisation in Saudi Arabia

Resource Mining Corporation Ltd (ASX:RMI) has identified extensive high-grade gold and silver mineralisation across its Shaib Marqan and Wadi Salamah projects in Saudi Arabia.

Sampling returned assays up to 40.35 g/t gold and 40.4 g/t silver from outcropping quartz veins. Follow-up work will include detailed magnetic surveys to define drilling targets.

Constellation detects hydrogen and helium at Edmund-Collier

Constellation Resources Ltd (ASX:CR1) has confirmed evidence of hydrogen and helium across its Edmund-Collier Natural Hydrogen Project in WA.

CSIRO analysis of historical drill core identified trapped gases within multiple samples, including helium near the Talga Fault — one of the main structures interpreted to host gas traps. The results support the basin’s potential for natural hydrogen exploration.

Critical Resources completes maiden drilling at Amoco prospect

Critical Resources Ltd (ASX:CRR) has wrapped up a 12-hole, 821-metre reverse circulation program at its Amoco gold-antimony prospect in NSW. The campaign targeted a 2-kilometre-wide soil anomaly with surface rock chips grading up to 17.9 g/t gold. Samples have been dispatched for assay, with results due in mid-November to guide follow-up drilling.

Far East Gold begins drilling at high-grade Indonesian prospect

Far East Gold Ltd (ASX:FEG) has started a 10-hole, 1,820-metre diamond drilling program at the Sua prospect in Papua Province, Indonesia — one of several high-grade targets within its Idenburg project.

The work aims to confirm and extend zones of mineralisation intersected in historical drilling, which included hits up to 5 metres at 21.8 g/t gold.

European Lithium raises US$50 million from CRML selldown

European Lithium Ltd (ASX:EUR, OTCQB:EULIF) has sold 3.85 million shares in Nasdaq-listed Critical Metals Corp (CRML) to a US institutional investor for US$13 per share, generating net proceeds of about US$50 million.

The company retains around 56 million CRML shares, valued at roughly A$1.3 billion, as well as a 7.5% direct stake in the Tanbreez rare earths project in Greenland.

Solis Minerals adds experienced LATAM geologist to board

Solis Minerals Ltd (ASX:SLM, TSX-V:SLMN, OTCQB:SLMFF) has appointed Anthony Greenaway as a non-executive director, effective after the company’s re-domicile to Australia in early November.

Greenaway, a geologist with more than 30 years’ experience, recently helped steer Latin Resources’ Salinas lithium project in Brazil through to a A$600 million sale.
