Janus Electric Holdings Ltd (ASX:JNS) has appointed Philip Hempenstall as chief financial officer (CFO), effective October 13, 2025.
Hempenstall brings more than two decades of senior finance leadership across the Australian mining, heavy industry and construction sectors. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of New England and a Bachelor of Commerce (Financial Accounting) from the University of Newcastle.
Janus said Hempenstall will focus on best-practice financial management, strategic planning and execution, and commercial leadership. He will be based at the company’s new headquarters on the Central Coast of New South Wales.
The board also thanked Philip Reid for his contribution in recent months.
