Majestic Corporation Plc (AQSE:MCJ), the London-listed recycler of non-ferrous metals, said its application to have its shares traded on the OTCQB Market in the United States is in its final stages.
The move, which is still subject to approval from OTC Markets Group, would allow American investors to buy and sell Majestic shares more easily. It would also broaden access for investors in the Asia-Pacific region, where the company already has established relationships.
Majestic said the planned cross-trading marks an important step in strengthening its international presence and building ties with markets beyond the UK.
Peter Lai, the company’s founder, chief executive and chairman, said: “We are delighted to be in the process of joining the OTCQB Market and allowing US investors the chance to become shareholders in Majestic and in the future of the circular economy.”
A further announcement will be made once approval is confirmed.
