Arrow Exploration Corp (TSX-V:AXL, AIM:AXL, OTC:CSTPF) announced that it has granted 6,198,334 stock options to company directors, officers and employees, pursuant to the company's Stock Option Plan.
The company said the options have a strike price of C$0.225, and vest in thirds on each of the first, second and third anniversaries of grant.
The options expire six months from vesting.
Arrow Exploration noted that following these grants, the company will have a total 23,395,002 options issued under the plan.
