Dell Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:DELL)'s investor event struck a “constructive” tone on the company’s demand outlook, market share positioning and earnings growth expectations, according to analysts at Citi.

In a note to clients on Wednesday, the analysts stated that Dell management reaffirmed their near-term outlook and increased their long-term targets, which were better than investor expectations.

Joby Aviation Inc (NYSE:JOBY) shares slid nearly 11% to $16.90 in late-morning trading on Wednesday after the electric air taxi developer priced its previously announced underwritten equity offering at $16.85 per share.

The offering is priced at a substantial discount to the stock’s closing price of $18.91 on October 7, 2025.

Jefferies Financial Group (NYSE:JEF) shares came under pressure after it was revealed that the firm has significant exposure to the bankrupt auto parts supplier First Brands, with estimates of potential losses around $161 million.

The investment bank’s exposure is primarily through its Leucadia Asset Management fund, Point Bonita Capital, which holds approximately $113 million in receivables tied to First Brands.

AST SpaceMobile Inc (NASDAQ:ASTS) shares surged more than 8% after it announced a definitive commercial agreement with Verizon Communications Inc (NYSE:VZ, ETR:BAC) to provide space-based cellular broadband services across the continental United States, with service expected to begin in 2026.

The partnership will allow Verizon customers to access direct-to-cellular satellite connectivity when needed, extending the reach of Verizon’s terrestrial mobile network into remote and hard-to-reach areas.

Oxford BioDynamics PLC (AIM:OBD, OTC:OXBOF) shares surged 33% on Wednesday after the company announced it had developed a highly accurate blood test to diagnose Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, a condition that has long lacked a reliable means of detection.

The AIM-listed diagnostics firm said the test, created with researchers at the University of East Anglia, achieved 96% accuracy in identifying the condition, also known as Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, or ME. The peer-reviewed results have been published in the Journal of Translational Medicine.
