Valereum PLC (AQSE:VLRM) has provided a post-launch update for VLRM Markets, its regulated tokenisation platform, four months after going live on 30 May.
The platform generated $135,000 in revenue during September and has signed five contracts covering six tokenisation projects, the company said.
These signed projects span multiple sectors including infrastructure, structured products, real estate and sports, with an expected revenue contribution of at least $750,000 before the end of Q1 2026.
A further four contracts are under negotiation, while over 20 more projects are at the active engagement stage, representing a pipeline exceeding $1 billion in potential gross issuance value.
Valereum told investors it is expecting revenues to grow as existing signed-up projects are finalised and additional pipeline opportunities are signed and go live.
"VLRM Markets is proving the value of a licensed, fully regulated, end-to-end real-world asset tokenisation venue," chief executive Gary Cottle said.
"In four months, we've moved from pilot to live revenue-generating issuances and are working to convert our substantial pipeline to live deals. Our partners, ambassadors and local teams are driving deal origination and commercial momentum, and we look forward to announcing further progress."
