Volato Group has announced the launch of a new AI-based software platform, Parslee Document Intelligence, which it says complements its pending merger with M2i Global (OTC:MTWO).
The company said that Parslee is designed to improve the reliability of large language models (LLMs) when analyzing complex and structured documents such as contracts and SEC filings.
According to the company, Parslee functions as a preprocessing system that organizes and interprets documents before they are analyzed by LLMs, including models developed by OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), and xAI (Grok).
The software identifies document structure, detects missing clauses, and maps key relationships to reduce errors and provide an auditable record of each analysis.
Volato stated that the platform was initially developed to support its own compliance and operational needs. In the third quarter of 2025, Parslee entered its first early pilot programs with external paying customers.
“Parslee is not another AI model, it’s the structure that models need but don’t have,” Volato CEO Matt Liotta said in a statement.
“We built it to solve our toughest compliance problems at Volato. Now, by making it available to others, we’re showing that AI can be both smarter and more accountable in professional settings where accuracy really matters.”
The company noted that the software launch complements its pending merger with M2i, further expanding Volato’s capabilities in artificial intelligence and automation.
“For projects that rely on government grants and contracts, there is no margin for error,” M2i Global CEO Maj. Gen. (Ret) Alberto Rosende said.
“We see Parslee as a game-changer for M2i, helping us streamline the grant application process, cut down the time and cost of preparing complex filings, and ensure our documentation stands up to the highest levels of scrutiny. This is technology that will directly improve the speed and efficiency with which we can pursue critical projects.”
Announced back in June, the merger of Volato and M2i Global aims to create a diversified industrial supplier for various industries, including aviation technology, software and a global value supply chain for critical minerals.
