Intuitive Investments Group Plc (LSE:IIG) told investors it has sold its entire 100% holding in Touchless Innovations Limited, trading as Sanondaf, in a £900,000 deal.
It sold the specialist disinfection and hygiene services business to its original owner, Stuart White.
"IIG wishes Stuart and the team all the best with the future of the Sanondaf business," said chief executive Giles Willits.
"We look forward to further focusing our attention on Hui10 as the accelerated rollout of its products and services promise to grow into a significant business opportunity, delivering substantial revenue growth and shareholder value."
