Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF) shares rose 11% on Tuesday after the AI-powered event management company said it has signed a binding letter of intent (LOI) to acquire Eventdex, a registration and badge-printing software company.
The purchase price for Eventdex is about $700,000, payable entirely in cash subject to customary adjustments.
Wolfspeed Inc (NYSE:WOLF) shares surged 29% to $28.50 in early trading on Tuesday after the chipmaker successfully exited from Chapter 11 bankruptcy with a much-reduced debt load.
Wolfspeed announced on Monday it had achieved its goal of reducing overall company debt by about 70%.
EchoStar Corp (NASDAQ: SATS) shares gained over 4% to $76.74 on Tuesday after reports emerged that the company is in talks to sell a portion of its wireless spectrum to Verizon Communications.
The discussions centre around EchoStar’s AWS-3 licenses, which are considered valuable for delivering 5G services, Bloomberg reported.
CoreWeave Inc shares rose 14% to $140.05 in early trading on Tuesday after the company disclosed a significant expansion of its cloud services relationship with Meta Platforms Inc (NASDAQ:META).
The new order reinforces the position of the company as a key player in the rapidly expanding AI infrastructure market.
SEEEN PLC shares had a rollercoaster morning, shooting up but then falling flat, as the AI-powered video content platform reported a sharp rise in revenue and achieved positive EBITDA for the first six months of 2025.
Revenue rose 87% year-on-year, helping deliver the first full six-month period of positive EBITDA. Gross profit increased 62%.
