Vaultz Capital secures Frankfurt dual listing

Vaultz Capital PLC (AQSE:V3TC) shares have been approved for trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the ticker “VJ2”, adding a European listing alongside its AQSE quote in London.

The company, which operates in digital assets through Bitcoin mining and treasury management, said the move would broaden its investor base, improve liquidity and raise its profile internationally.

The Frankfurt exchange, operated by Deutsche Börse, accounts for about 90% of German equity trading and is one of the largest global centres for cross-border securities activity.

Eric Benz, chief executive, said the listing was “an important milestone” for Vaultz as it looks to expand in the evolving Bitcoin sector. “We believe it will enhance liquidity, increase visibility, and strengthen Vaultz’s long-term growth trajectory,” he added.
