Reabold Resources PLC (AIM:RBD) is building a strong platform for growth, underpinned by its increased stakes in core gas assets and favourable political momentum for domestic energy, that's according to stockbroker Cavendish.
The broker, in a note, highlighted that West Newton is moving towards an important operational milestone, namely the re-entry and recompletion of the A-2 well which is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026.
This programme aims to confirm sustained gas flows, and, in the success case, Cavendish sees the potential for early monetisation option, using the gas on-site, to generate power for cryptocurrency mining activities.
Cavendish noted that momentum is also building at Colle Santo, in Italy, where LNEnergy is finalising a binding offtake and prepay deal with Gunvor and negotiating an EPC contract with Italfluid.
In addition, Italy’s EIA Commission has given a positive opinion on the company’s small-scale LNG development plan, paving the way for ministerial approval and a production concession.
