T Stamp Inc, doing business as Trust Stamp Inc (NASDAQ:IDAI, EURONEXT:AIID), shares climbed about 6% in early Monday trading after the company announced that it has unveiled its proprietary biometric-binding technology as “the solution to the systemic failure of age-verification laws that are collapsing under real-world pressure”.
Trust Stamp said its announcement comes as the UK’s landmark Online Safety Act proves ineffective just weeks after enforcement began, and a “ticking time bomb" of similar legislation creates an imminent compliance crisis for companies across the US.
Shares of American Resources Corp (NASDAQ:AREC) rose 13% in morning trading after its subsidiary, ReElement Technologies, signed a long-term supply agreement with POSCO International America. The partnership is designed to strengthen U.S. capacity for refining rare earth elements while deepening industrial ties with South Korea.
Under the deal, ReElement will supply purified oxides such as neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium and terbium, which are essential for magnets in electric vehicles, wind turbines, defence systems and advanced electronics. Supply volumes are expected to exceed 3,000 metric tons through 2030.
Poolbeg Pharma PLC (AIM:POLB, OTC:POLBF) shares rose 3% on Monday after the company said it was entering a “catalyst-rich period” of clinical development.
The group reported a cash balance of £10 million at the end of June, bolstered by £4.9 million from an oversubscribed fundraising.
Touchstone Exploration Inc (AIM:TXP, TSX:TXP, OTC:PBEGF) shares trade lower, down 9%, after it ended drilling operations in the Cascadura-4 development well earlier than planned.
The company, in a statement, flagged problems in the well (including a drill bit becoming and remaining stuck), which meant a full analysis of the reservoir could not be conducted.
