Replenish Nutrients Holding Corp (CSE:ERTH, OTC:VVIVF) CEO Neil Wiens spoke with Proactive about a newly announced licensing agreement with MJ Ag Solutions and progress on their pellet fertilizer line.
Wiens shared insights into the company’s evolving strategy beyond traditional fertilizer production.
Discussing the licensing deal with MJ Ag Solutions, Wiens emphasized its significance as a “proof point” that the company’s proprietary blend and process are commercially viable through licensing models.
The agreement, which requires no capital investment from Replenish, allows MJ Ag Solutions, based in Fairview, Alberta, to produce pellets using Replenish’s blend.
The company will collect royalties on the output, which is projected to reach approximately 800 metric tons per month.
Wiens highlighted MJ’s position in a key agricultural region with “10 to 12 million arable acres,” reinforcing the strategic importance of the partnership.
The conversation also explored the company’s pellet fertilizer product line.
Wiens noted that the pellets retain higher moisture levels and microbial populations compared to previous granulated formats.
“We’ve increased the microbial action, made it a better probiotic,” he said.
Looking ahead, Wiens pointed to full production ramp-up at the Beiseker facility and a strong fourth quarter sales cycle as key drivers.
“Really, the only thing stopping us right now is the second shift,” he added.
