With c.97% of income derived from essential service tenants, REP provides investors with stable, long-term cash flows supported by annual rental growth mechanisms.
REP is actively transitioning toward a healthcare-focused portfolio, with strategic capital recycling and a A$300 million pipeline of potential acquisitions.
