Tiziana Life Sciences Ltd (NASDAQ:TLSA) shares rose more than 10% in late morning trading on Thursday after the biotech company said it plans to advance development of TZLS-501, an antibody that blocks a key inflammatory pathway.

Tiziana noted that the therapy targets the interleukin-6 receptor, or IL-6R.

Blackberry (TSX:BB) stock rose 3% on Thursday after the Canadian company lifted its fiscal 2026 revenue forecast, buoyed by stronger demand for its cybersecurity software.

The former smartphone maker, now focused on protecting corporate networks, said it expects annual sales of $519 million to $541 million.

Gunnison Copper Corp (TSX:GCU, OTCQB:GCUMF) shares gained more than 10% in late-morning trading on Thursday after the multi-asset, pure-play copper developer and producer reported its first copper cathode sales from the fully operational Johnson Camp Mine in Arizona.

The initial sale totalled 225,371 pounds, generating gross proceeds of about US$1.05 million at an average price of US$4.64 per pound.

Poolbeg Pharma PLC (AIM:POLB, OTC:POLBF) shares climbed as much as 20% in morning trading after the company secured a partner to run its next cancer trial and lined up free supply of a key therapy.

The London-listed biotech said Accelerating Clinical Trials (ACT), a UK-based blood cancer trials specialist, will oversee its Phase IIa study of POLB 001, an experimental drug aimed at reducing dangerous side effects from immunotherapies.
