Birkenstock Holding PLC (NYSE:BIRK) on Thursday announced that it expects fiscal 2025 revenue of at least €2.09 billion, above its previous forecast.
This would equate growth of 15.9% on a reported basis and 17.5% in constant currency, above its prior guidance of 15% to 17%, the company noted.
The German sandal maker also said its expects its fourth quarter revenue to total at least €520 million, representing growth of at least 14% on a reported basis and 18% in constant currency.
As well, Birkenstock reaffirmed its adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) margin outlook of 31.3% to 31.8% despite foreign exchange headwinds.
The company will release its full fiscal fourth quarter and full year 2025 results on December 18, 2025.
Birkenstock also announced that it has acquired a production facility near Dresden, Germany for a net purchase price of €18 million.
