Venture Life Group (LON:VLG), who yesterday teamed up with Optibiotix Health (LON:OPTI) painted a positive picture at today’s AGM.
Non-executive chair, Dr. Lynn Drummond, said: “I am pleased to report that the Group's performance to date in 2015 has been encouraging and in line with expectations.
“The deals announced earlier in the year are progressing as expected and we remain positive about the outlook for the full year."
Venture, which develops, manufactures and commercialises products for the ageing population, will develop food supplements and over the counter products from existing OptiBiotix developments.
The news was released just before today’s AGM where “all resolutions were duly passed”.
