HSS Hire Group PLC (AIM:HSS) delayed publishing its full year results, saying this was because it needs "further time to conclude the financial results and annual report".
It expects to release the results on 30 September.
Earlier this year, HSS agreed to sell its Irish business to Grafton Group for €31.6 million and said its UK side would now trade as The Hire Service Company (THSC).
