Resolution Minerals US CEO Craig Lindsay talked with Proactive about the company’s latest exploration efforts at the Horse Heaven Project in Idaho. The company has launched its first modern, district-wide geochemical survey across the project, covering about 59 km² and 44 km of streams, with around 100 samples expected to be collected.
Lindsay explained that the goal of the stream sediment sampling program is to identify pathfinder elements including gold, silver, tungsten, and antimony. He said, “What we are looking for with this stream sediment sampling program, is we are looking for pathfinder elements, and we are looking for gold. We’re looking for silver, we’re looking for tungsten, we’re looking for antimony.”
The CEO highlighted Horse Heaven’s potential, noting its proximity to Perpetua’s deposit, which has more than 4.50 million ounces of gold in reserves and a significant antimony resource. He pointed out that Horse Heaven has seen past production of antimony and tungsten, along with a historic gold resource from previous drill programs, but has never been systematically explored on a district scale.
Looking ahead, Lindsay said results from the program will guide future exploration, including work at the Golden Gate target and Antimony Ridge. A new plan of operation will also be filed to expand exploration across Horse Heaven.
