Buru Energy Ltd (ASX:BRU, OTC:BRNGF) has extended the closing date of its share purchase plan (SPP) to 5:00pm (Sydney time) on Tuesday, 7 October 2025, giving eligible shareholders additional time to participate.
The SPP allows applications for up to A$30,000 worth of new shares at 2 cents each, without brokerage. Participants will also be offered, subject to shareholder approval, one free attaching option for every two shares subscribed, exercisable at 3 cents within two years.

Buru previously raised A$2.1 million in a placement to help fund work at its Rafael Gas Project, with the SPP aiming to raise up to a further A$3 million. Both the chair and chief executive have committed to participate.

Results of the SPP are expected to be announced on October 10, with new shares issued on October 14.
