Algernon Health (CSE:AGN, OTCQB:AGNPF), the Canadian healthcare company focused on neuroimaging and PET scanning for Alzheimer’s, announced that its shareholders have voted to approve the creation of a new class of preferred shares at its annual and special meeting.
More than 93% of votes cast supported the resolution to amend the company’s share structure.
The new Series 1 preferred shares carry a 10% annual dividend, payable in either common or preferred shares. Each share is convertible into 10 common shares.
