Aventis Energy provided an update from its 2025 exploration program at the Corvo Uranium Project, currently under a three-year earn-in option agreement with Standard Uranium Ltd (TSX-V:STND, OTCQB:STTDF).
The company said it received verification of strong radioactivity at the historical Manhattan showing with handheld scintillometer measurements >65,535 counts per second (cps) at surface.
“With the identification of strong radioactivity at the Manhattan showing, and favourable results from geological mapping along key trends at the Project, we are well positioned to complete a near term ground gravity survey,” Aventis Energy CEO Michael Mulberry said in a statement.
Aventis noted that an extensive ground gravity survey is being planned for the fourth quarter of 2025, designed to identify density anomalies potentially representing hydrothermal alteration systems coincident with newly refined electromagnetic (EM) conductor trends across the project.
The company added that a diamond drill program is being planned for the first quarter of 2026 to begin testing targets developed and ranked through the detailed programs executed in 2025.
