Beeks Financial Cloud boosted as it announces TMX partnership

Beeks Financial Cloud Group PLC (AIM:BKS) shares were on the front foot on Monday, rising almost 6%, after it agreed a new partnership with TMX Datalinx, the information services division of Canada’s TMX Group.

It sees TMX offering Beeks’ Exchange Cloud platform to clients as TMX Elastic Market Access. The partnership will be structured as a revenue share, with revenue recognition expected to begin in early 2026.

Chief executive Gordon McArthur described it as a strong endorsement.

"It reflects the growing market appetite for flexible, cloud-based trading infrastructure, opening up new possibilities for how capital markets participants build and deploy trading systems," McArthur said in a statement.

Beeks highlighted that its platform provides secure, low-latency hosting for high-performance trading and analytics.

Michelle Tran, TMX president, added: "By collaborating with Beeks and utilizing their proven Exchange Cloud platform, we will be able to offer clients a scalable, proximity-based virtual colocation service that connects them to our markets quickly, significantly reducing their deployment time to market."

In London, Beeks shares were up 10.88p or 5.6% changing hands at 204.88p, valuing the business at nearly £140 million.
