Nvidia Corp (NASDAQ:NVDA, ETR:NVD)'s newly announced $5 billion investment in Intel Corp (NASDAQ:INTC, ETR:INL), alongside a partnership to co-develop custom data center and PC products, is being described by analysts as a transformative moment for Intel and a pivotal step in the global AI race.

Wedush sees the deal as “a game-changer deal for Intel as it now brings them front and center into the AI game,” while Baird noted the collaboration “validates x86 processors as beneficiaries of GPU-generated AI tokens.”

The cybersecurity firm set an ambitious goal of reaching $20 billion in annual recurring revenue (ARR) by fiscal 2036, which would represent a compound annual growth rate of about 15%.
