Helium One Global Ltd (AIM:HE1, OTCQB:HLOGF) told investors that construction and preparatory work at the Galactica project in Colorado remains on track for first helium production by December.
Site preparations have been largely completed, including surveying of gathering lines, road access and the plant site. All required construction permits have been secured, Helium One said in a statement.
Engineering and vendor selection for key processing units, including the amine/CO2 removal and helium recovery units, have also been finalised.
“We are very pleased to see this phase of the development progressing towards first gas in Q4,” said chief executive Lorna Blaisse.
“With contractor selection progressing and relevant permitting in place, we are excited to see the installation and commissioning process come to fruition over the coming months.”
The company holds a 50% working interest in the project, which is operated by Blue Star Helium.
