The $33 million transaction will see AuKing issue $16 million in new shares to Orion Resources shareholders and accelerate a previously planned 50% purchase for $5 million cash.

Imugene has reported further encouraging data from its Phase 1b trial of azer-cel, an off-the-shelf therapy for aggressive lymphoma. The treatment delivered an 81% overall response rate, including seven complete responses. One patient remains cancer-free more than 17 months after dosing.

American Uranium plans to kick off hydrogeologic testing and resource drilling at its Lo Herma Project in Wyoming in the fourth quarter of 2025. Results from this work will feed into an updated resource estimate and scoping study in early 2026.

Resolution Minerals has raised $25.1 million in a placement at five cents a share. The funds will support downstream critical-mineral processing studies, drilling at its Horse Heaven Project, new surface programs and acquisitions, as well as general working capital.
