Silver Bullet Data Services Group PLC (AIM:SBDS) shares soared some 21% after the AI advertising technology firm announced the appointment of former Twitter UK managing director Dara Nasr as its new non-executive director, effective immediately.
Nasr brings more than two decades of leadership experience in digital media and technology, with a CV that features senior roles at Twitter, Google and most recently WeTransfer.
"We are delighted to welcome Dara Nasr to the board," chief executive Ian James said in a statement.
"Dara's extensive experience leading high-growth digital and media businesses at WeTransfer, Twitter and Google/YouTube will bring valuable insight and expertise as we continue to execute our strategy and drive growth."
In London, Silver Bullet shares gained 4.5p or 17.6% changing hands at 30p, having seen the price reach as high as 39p in the session's earlier trade.
