Lindian brings in new executive director for Kangankunde delivery
Lindian Resources Ltd (ASX:LIN, OTC:LINIF) has appointed Zac Komur as executive director to oversee project delivery at its Kangankunde Rare Earths Project in Malawi. Komur, who joined the board earlier this year as a non-executive, will now lead Stage 2 studies through to execution readiness and manage the transition into production.
His appointment follows Lindian’s strategic partnership with Iluka Resources and a $91.5 million placement that has fully funded Stage 1, with first concentrate targeted for late 2026. Komur will also advance downstream partnership discussions as the company looks to maximise long-term value across its rare earths and bauxite portfolios.
Critical Resources locks in placement for gold and antimony drilling
Critical Resources Ltd (ASX:CRR) has secured firm commitments to raise $1.8 million through a placement priced at $0.008 per share, with strong backing from both new and existing investors as well as its board.
Proceeds will fund maiden drill programs at the Amoco gold-antimony project in New South Wales and the Cap Burn project in New Zealand, with work scheduled to start in October and November respectively.
