Adobe Inc (NASDAQ:ADBE) announced better than expected financial results for its third quarter 2025, boosted by the company’s AI-driven offerings.
The design software maker reported revenue for the quarter that rose 11% year over year to a record $5.99 billion, surpassing the analyst consensus estimate of $5.91 billion, based on data compiled by LSEG.
Adobe’s adjusted earnings per share (EPS), meanwhile, came in at $5.31, better than Wall Street expectations of $5.18.
“Adobe is the leader in the AI creative applications category with AI-influenced ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) surpassing $5 billion and AI-first ARR already exceeding our $250 million year-end target,” Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen said in a statement.
“Given our customer strategy, AI product innovation and strong go-to-market execution, we’re pleased to once again raise our FY25 total revenue and EPS targets.”
Adobe noted its revenue for the fourth quarter is expected to be $6.08 billion to $6.13 billion, while analysts were anticipating $6.08 billion.
The company is also projecting adjusted Q4 EPS of between $5.35 to $5.40, edging past the analyst consensus of $5.34.
