Ecora Resources PLC (LSE:ECOR, TSX:ECOR, OTCQX:ECRAF) confirmed the completion of its sale of a 2% Net Smelter Return royalty over the Dugbe Gold Project in Liberia.
The transaction, valued at up to $20 million, sees some $16.5 million received upon completion.
It added that the transaction supports Ecora’s ongoing strategy of managing its royalty portfolio and redeploying capital towards core critical mineral assets.
