Hamak Gold Limited (LSE:HAMA) continues to find favour among investors, with the share rising again on Thursday after it announced a new stock quote in the United States.
The company, which is up close to 600% in London for the past month, announced its shares have been admitted to trading on the OTCQB Market, under the ticker 'HASTF'.
Hamak said the listing is intended to improve liquidity and broaden the company’s investor base in North America. No new ordinary shares were issued for this parallel trading.
"We are pleased to announce approval from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority for Hamak to list on the OTCQB market," executive chair Nick Thurlow said in a statement.
"This is an important first step in a larger U.S. strategy designed to widen the investor base for Hamak."
In London, Hamak shares were up around 13% changing hands at 4.4p, valuing the business at just under £20 million.
