PolyNovo chair adds to shareholding with fresh buy

Skin healing products group PolyNovo’s chairman David Williams has again added to his stake, purchasing a further 37,000 shares worth almost A$52,000 through his Moggs Creek entity on Wednesday. The acquisition was disclosed in a change of director’s interest notice filed on Thursday.

Williams has developed a reputation for unconventional share dealings and disclosures, recently highlighted by Margin Call. Earlier this year, he gifted A$1,500 worth of shares to a United States doctor and customer as a wedding present.

Following the latest purchase, Williams’ total holding now stands at 21.5 million shares.

Shares in PolyNovo (ASX: PNV) last traded at A$1.40.
