International Graphite Ltd (ASX:IG6) will attend a United States Critical Minerals Delegation coordinated by Australia Trade and Invest for the Australian Government in Washington D.C., commencing on 15 September 2025. The company is seeking to establish a leading position in the Western graphite supply chain from raw material supply through to battery anode materials, including micronised, purified and expandable intermediate products.
Titan Minerals Limited
Titan Minerals Ltd (ASX:TTM, OTC:TTTNF) has provided an update on its Linderos Copper Project in Ecuador, operated under a Joint Venture and Earn-in Agreement with Hancock Prospecting subsidiary Hanrine Ecuadorian Exploration and Mining. Hanrine is fully funding and managing a two-phase, 25,000-metre diamond drilling program. Completion of Milestones 2 and 3 will increase Hancock’s earned interest to 51% in the project.

Toho Titanium previously confirmed Kasiya’s rutile meets specifications for high-performance titanium metal production, reinforcing Japan’s critical minerals supply chain objectives.

Spenda Ltd (ASX:SPX) advised that Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Adrian Floate has resigned for personal health reasons. The board acknowledged Floate’s decade of leadership, which included navigating the company through its IP commercialisation strategy, the 2020 pandemic, and achieving record revenue of about A$12 million in FY25.
