Nova Minerals is expanding its reach — securing a 9.4% stake in Adelong Gold Limited (ASX:ADG), an Australian gold–antimony explorer and near-term producer.
The $1 million investment includes 200 million shares at half a cent, plus 200 million options exercisable at 0.8 cents until 2029.
Nova's CEO Christopher Gerteisen said: “Adelong represents a unique investment opportunity, combining near-term gold production potential with significant high-grade exploration upside and future antimony prospects".
Nova will keep its main focus on the flagship Estelle Gold and Critical Minerals Project in Alaska - and is also pursuing US Department of Defense grants to help advance Estelle’s antimony potential.
