American Uranium has locked in a cornerstone investor. US-listed Snow Lake Energy, has taken a 9.9% stake in the company through its latest placement.
Snow Lake’s involvement isn’t just capital. Its Pine Ridge project in Wyoming’s Powder River Basin sits right next to American Uranium’s flagship Lo Herma project — one of the US’s premier uranium districts.
The tie-up highlights growing interest in rebuilding the US domestic uranium supply chain.
As part of the deal, Snow Lake secures the right to appoint a director to AMU’s board, cementing a strategic link between two key projects in a region that already hosts major producers like Cameco and Uranium Energy Corp.
