Astral Resources NL (ASX:AAR) has delivered strong first-pass results from its Spargoville Gold Project in Western Australia, confirming broad gold mineralisation beneath the 8500N deposit. Assays include 26 metres at 2.0 g/t gold and 20 metres at 1.37 g/t gold, with mineralisation defined across a 300-metre strike length.
The program, Astral’s first at Spargoville since acquiring Maximus Resources, highlights potential for significant resource growth alongside ongoing drilling at Mandilla and lithium exploration under its KOMIR joint venture.
Managing director Marc Ducler says the results are “very encouraging” and point to substantial upside across the company’s multi-asset portfolio.
