Green360 unveils low-carbon concrete noise wall
Green360 Technologies Limited (ASX:GT3) reported that its PERMAcast joint venture has developed a second low-carbon concrete product, a noise panel wall. More than 9,000 data points and over 200 tests were conducted during the past year at PERMAcast facilities, leading to the product’s successful production.
Lindian secures A$91.5 million placement approval
Lindian Resources Ltd (ASX:LIN, OTC:LINIF) confirmed shareholder approval at its 8 September 2025 extraordinary general meeting for a A$91.5 million two-tranche placement to institutional investors. The placement, first announced on 20 August, was oversubscribed with strong demand.
Snow Lake takes 9.9% stake in American Uranium
American Uranium Ltd (ASX:AMU, OTC:GTRIF) advised that Snow Lake Resources Ltd (NASDAQ: LITM), trading as Snow Lake Energy, has completed its investment in the company. Snow Lake, which already holds a 50% joint venture interest in the Pine Ridge Project neighbouring AMU’s Lo Herma ISR Uranium Project, now owns 9.9% of AMU’s issued capital and has the right to appoint a director to the board.
Ora Banda drilling hits high-grade gold at Sand King
Ora Banda Mining Ltd (ASX:OBM, OTC:ESGFF) announced strong initial results from exploration, resource definition and infill drilling at Sand King Underground. Highlights include intercepts such as 14.3 metres at 5.3 grams per tonne (g/t) gold from 502 metres and a wedge hole returning 18.7 metres at 8.9 g/t gold, pointing to new mineralisation beyond the existing life-of-mine plan.
