Green360 CEO Bojan Bogunovic to step down after four years

Green360 Technologies Limited (ASX:GT3) has announced that chief executive officer Bojan Bogunovic has resigned after four years with the company. His resignation will take effect on October 31, 2025, following an agreed transition period with the board to ensure continuity.

Bogunovic’s decision reflects his intention to establish a new venture in the finance industry. In the interim, Aaron Banks will take over responsibility for managing the company’s day-to-day operations.

“On behalf of the board, I’d like to thank Bojan for his energy, dedication, and leadership over the past four years. Bojan has played a key role in building Green360, and we wish him every success as he launches his own business," executive chairman Aaron Banks said.

“We are fortunate to have recently welcomed Darren Hedley as non-executive director. Darren brings strong industry experience and governance capability, which will provide added strength to the board as we transition into our next phase of growth.

“Following the successful completion of our recent capital raise, Green360 is well-funded to advance its strategic objectives, including the commercial rollout of our low-carbon cement technology. The company is entering an exciting period, and we look forward to keeping shareholders updated as we progress.”

Growth and commercialisation initiatives

The company continues to move forward with its growth plans after raising $4M last month to accelerate low-carbon cement commercialisation. These include:

1. Commercialisation of low-carbon cement formulations

Green360 will direct capital towards advancing its proprietary green cement products, including development, production scale-up, certification and market readiness. Efforts will also focus on establishing strategic commercial partnerships to accelerate adoption.

2. Pittong Kaolin operations — working capital and expansion

Funding will support the supply chain build-out for metakaolin production at Pittong, drive sales growth and underpin a financial study for the proposed phase two expansion at Trawalla. The program also includes increasing processing capacity and improving operational efficiency to address rising demand.

3. Product trials and customer engagement

The company will use proceeds to conduct targeted trials with key industry participants and strengthen engagement initiatives. These steps are designed to secure early adoption of its environmentally sustainable cement solutions.
