Vaultz Capital PLC (AQSE:V3TC) told investors it is well-positioned to capitalise on the growing global demand for digital infrastructure exposure through a listed UK vehicle.
The company, in its financial results for the twelve months ended 30 April, reported a loss of £350,586, including a £250,000 impairment, although, as the recently rebooted company points out those results don't properly reflect the business going forward.
"While the financial statements reflect our position as at 30 April, the developments since year-end represent a profound strategic shift. With a clear operating model, a Bitcoin-aligned treasury strategy, strengthened leadership, and a disciplined capital allocation framework," Vaultz said.
Vaultz new strategy centres on acquiring and managing Bitcoin hashrate through cloud mining contracts, supported by a Bitcoin Treasury Policy that allows the company to hold digital assets on its balance sheet.
As of early September, Vaultz held 135 Bitcoin. The company also disposed of its stake in Blue Star Helium Ltd in August 2025 to redeploy capital into Bitcoin-related activities.
The company, meanwhile, raised some £14 million through an issue of equity, and strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Eric Benz as chief executive officer.
