Fiinu PLC (LSE:BANK) shares were on the back foot after it announced a £1.41 million share issue.
A share subscription, priced at 15p, will support the fintech's working capital.
Fiinu noted that a large portion of the fundraise was subscribed by Luxembourg-based QVP I, a Luxembourg-based fund which actively invests in innovative businesses and is dedicated to helping local entrepreneurs.
