Domino's Pizza Group PLC (LSE:DOM) shares climbed more than 8% in Monday morning's trade, after it announced a new £20 million share buyback programme.
The buybacks will run until completion, and will reduce the firm's share capital.
Management said the programme reflects confidence in the company’s “highly cash generative, resilient and market-leading business, with a robust financial position and its strategy to create shareholder value”.
The holder of the pizza brand's UK and Ireland master franchise said expectations for the 2025 financial year remain unchanged, and noted net debt is now expected between £280 million and £300 million.
In London, the share was up 8.65% changing hands at 212.2p.
