Valdor Technology International Inc (CSE:VTI) has received consent from all holders to amend the exercise price of its February 6, 2025, warrants to $0.05 per share, down from $0.125 (post-consolidation). No other terms changed.
Under CSE policy, if shares close at or above $0.0625 for 10 consecutive days, the company must accelerate the warrant expiry to 30 days and will issue a news release accordingly.
